Who is Linda Vista Photography?
My name is Oliver. I decided to give up my career as a Senior Test Engineer at General Dynamics, to become a Professional Portrait Photographer. I figured the best way to learn, was to learn from the best. Therefore, I went to one of the more popular photography studios in the San Diego area. I convinced them to hire me, and teach me how to take portraits (not pictures). That was more than 20 years ago. I have been running my own Professional Photography Studio here in Las Vegas New Mexico for the last 15 years. We offer Wedding, Senior and Family Portrait Photography.
I offer photography sessions on location in the Las Vegas, NM area. I also have more than 200 exciting and unusual background selections in my Las Vegas portrait studio, to guarantee that we can match your unique style.
Once a year, for the last 20 years, I have attended seminars from the best photographers in the United States and abroad. I am constantly learning new techniques, new ways to use my camera, lights, and photo enhancing software. I will continue to spend one week a year learning from the best of the best.
My philosophy - I am a better photographer today than I was last year, but not as good as I will be next year.
